"EUPHORIA" Charters — Boat Policy & Rules There is a "ZERO TOLERANCE" policy aboard the vessel "EUPHORIA".  ANY & ALL illegal drugs or substance of any kind, will NOT be permitted at any time (i.e., marijuana, crack, cocaine, etc.). All decisions to cancel due to weather will be determined by the Captain at the dock the day of the trip.  The Captain, due to weather conditions, may change destinations at any time.  All decisions made by the Captain are FINAL. Valid "C" cards are required and will be checked in order to dive. All passengers must sign an "Assumption of Risk/Liability Waiver" before leaving the dock. Diving Insurance and alternative air sources are your responsibility and highly recommended. PLAN YOUR DIVE, DIVE YOUR PLAN!  Your safety is your responsibility while diving. We Strictly follow and enforce all N.Y.S.D.E.C recreational Saltwater fishing seasons, as well as size and possession limits.  See the Captain for the current guidelines.  All lobster taken on board will be checked for size, "V" notches, and eggs (Recreational Permit required!).
